Phoenix Centre Youth Soccer Tournament -- May 19, 2017
The Phoenix Centre, a groundbreaking day-facility for children with disabilities in Rîșcani, held a district-wide soccer tournament, raising more than $1,000 to help pay for utilities this coming year. At least nine teams of school children competed over the past few weeks, and four teams competed Friday for the boys and the girls championship trophies.
